CHECK-IN TIME

From 15:00 to 23:59. Arrival after midnight is only possible if the hotel reception is informed in a timely and correct manner. Otherwise there is a risk that the reservation will be marked as a no-show. A no-show will result in full costs and release of the room(s).

Early check-in is only possible if the room is clean, depending on the situation upon arrival.

CHECK-OUT TIME

Before 11:00. *Late check-out is only possible with the approval of the hotel. Unexpected late check-out may result in a fine of up to €200.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

– Standard Flexible Rate: Cancellations and changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival date (00:00 GMT 1). Official cancellations require written communication. After this period, the full amount (€) of the reservation, including local taxes, will be charged immediately to the credit card used for the booking.

– Non-refundable: Cancellations/amendments are not possible. This option requires a prepayment and by completing your reservation you accept that the full reservation amount, including local taxes, will be charged directly to the credit card provided. In case of cancellation or amendment no refund will be given. The full amount remains payable.

– No-show: In case of no-show, the full reservation costs will be charged as a penalty. The room will be released automatically the next morning.

– Group booking: Group bookings have different conditions depending on the size of the group. These are stated in the hotel's quote.

*Please note that for rooms with flexible cancellation policies, the amount of the first night may be authorized to verify credit card details. This is not a charge, but serves only as a guarantee for the room.

TAXES AND OTHER COSTS
– All service charges are included.
– 9.0% VAT is included in the price.
– 12,50% tourist tax is excluded, unless otherwise stated.

BREAKFAST BUFFET
Daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for reservations and stays is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

BABIES AND EXTRA BEDS
– A baby cot is free and available upon request. Bed linen and towels are included.
– The cost of an extra bed varies between €35.00 and €45.00 per night upon request. Bed linen and towels are included.
– Maximum number of extra beds/baby cots per room: 1.

The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card after completing the reservation. In case of cancellation period or non-refundable reservation, the full amount will be charged immediately to the card details provided, including any local taxes.

Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

INTERNET
-Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Wi-Fi is also available on the terrace and in the courtyard.

SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Outdoor areas around the hotel are accessible for smokers. Failure to comply with the smoking ban in the rooms and/or the building will result in a cleaning fine of €200.

BIKE RENTAL
Bike rental is available for €18.00 per day. Please enquire at the hotel reception.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
